Refund policy

 All Things Philly creates custom design clothing and personalized products using direct-to-garment printing. Each garment is printed on demand just for you. As such, these garments are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

You can always contact ATP with any  questions at traceybarry@allthingsphillyboutique.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 7 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
