I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Due to the fact that our custom apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Please be certain that you have selected the correct size/colors for all your items before finalizing your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We hope you understand.
What is your cancellation policy?
All Things Philly custom designs are made especially for you, therefore we are unable to accept cancellations.
What payment options are available?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
How does your shipping process work?
*When you first place an order you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
*All orders ship within 10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.
*We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more in the U.S. only.
*Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of your item and where it's being shipped to. Most orders are sent via USPS first class mail, though from time to time we may use different shipping carriers at our discretion.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on your order. We can assist you by confirming delivery to address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier for you to investigate. However, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer products made in the U.S.?
Yes! We pride ourselves on offering premium quality, sustainable and American-made goods. To take it even a step further, our branded apparel is designed and printed with ❤️ in Philly.

How do I care for my new garments?
To keep your ATP apparel looking great, please follow these instructions:
*Turn garment inside out, machine wash cold on gentle cycle.
*Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
*Avoid drying garments in a dryer. Lay flat and drip-dry for preservation of designs.
